The labor market has become a mess

02/06/2026

You can no longer find a decent, well-paid job.

The job market has degenerated to the lowest level of human dignity.

We employees have become slaves paid by the minute, by the hour, by the project, poorly paid and poorly evaluated.

We humans are evaluated like cattle by AI, there is no longer a price for investment in career, competence, experience, skills, the lowest paid employees and the most odorless, colorless, robotic, docile employees are sought.

Creativity, curiosity, multi-specialization are no longer evaluated, but we are given intelligence tests as if they were worth your weight in gold.

It is shameful to be evaluated by a god damn machine that does not feel, does not think, does not suffer, has no soul and does not have a beating heart.

You are no longer paid with a fixed salary plus commission or bonus, but directly in bonuses or commissions.

Sometimes after a long list of requirements and criteria that you must meet, you find out with amazement that it is a volunteer job, therefore unpaid. It is an insult to the intelligence and sensitivity of candidates to demand but not offer anything in return.

Romania has become a turntable for small and large thieves, from petty thieves to large corporations that legally evade taxes because they commit crimes together with the Romanian state and steal from you, legally.

Corporations that do not come to invest, to create jobs, but come to steal, to deceive, to get rich on the backs of poor Romanian workers.

The Romanian worker is overtaxed, taxed several times both on salary and pension with cruelty, the Romanian worker sees his hard-earned money disappearing into the coffers of the state and the banks, the oil companies and the ruthless corporations that make a profit on the sweat and sometimes degrading work of the Romanian worker.

We Romanians are easy chickens to pluck, we have no dignity, we do not demand our rights either in the union or in court, we do not resign with honor but we endure with our backs bowed the humiliation of being a slave in our own country.

The Romanian worker invests in education, builds schools, high schools, universities, takes specialization courses paid for with heavy money but the arrogant and soulless employer pays him below the market, takes advantage that there are not many jobs on the market and the worker has a family at home and bills to pay.

In Romania, no one does you justice, the Romanian state steals side by side with the corporations that outsource profits, so our country's money, contributing to the impoverishment and recession of a rich country.

We are also fooled by merchants who profit and give us food or bad products at high prices, and by oilmen who when the price of oil increases they increase it two or three times more and when the price of oil decreases they never make it cheaper. And in addition, they accept the greed of the state, half of the fuel price is transferred to the thieving state.

We are fooled by banks that accept that the state applies high commissions to banking transactions.

The solution is to have more dignity, to wake up, to demand our rights, to sue, to assert our freedom and rights. Great empires are always built on slave labor!
